Randolph Conservation Commission

The Randolph Conservation Commission is a volunteer board responsible for the administration of the Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10) in cooperation with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.  The Conservation Commission  was established by M.G.L. c. 40, § 8, which established a public review and decision-making process for activities that may affect wetlands, water resources and adjoining land areas.  The Commission consists of seven members appointed by the Board of Selectmen.  Meetings of the Commission are held on the first and third Wednesday's of the month at 7:00 PM, typically in the Building Department.
